Staff, students, and parents from the English-Ukrainian Bilingual Program, along with guests, celebrated Ukrainian Easter at their annual traditional breakfast on April 20 at Prince Edward School. Ukrainian Easter was on Sunday, April 16 this year.

Students performed songs and dances, and both students and guests played Tsokannya (the egg game). Afterwards, everyone enjoyed eggs, paska, kovbasa, fruit, and other goodies.

RETSD offers the English-Ukrainian Bilingual Program at Prince Edward School for kindergarten to Grade 5 and Chief Peguis Middle School for Grades 6 to 8.
