Accessibility

herwood School is primarily a single storey building. There is a ramp at the front entrance of the school for wheelchair use. The gym is located down seven stairs, however, there is a wheelchair lift for accessibility.

Handicap parking is located on the south side of the school, stall number 1, and is marked with the universal sign for handicap parking. School bus drop-off and pick-up is directly in front of the school.

Students requiring assistive technologies are supported by RETSD Student Services.
