Stone Soup Competition

On March 25th, KEC had 2 student teams from the Pastry Arts program enter into the annual "Stone Soup Competition" in support of the Child Nutritional Council of Manitoba. We are proud of all 7 students who competed. Their soup was delicious and sold out!  See below for the soup names, a link to some pictures of the event at MITT.  We had one team place 3^rd and the other 6^th overall in the People's Choice.

Through this fundraising event, with generous support and participation, a total of $800 was raised for the Children’s Nutrition Council of Manitoba. This contribution will help support important initiatives that provide nutritious meals and promote food security for children and youth across our province.
