2025-2026 Registration

Registration for the 2025-2026 school year begins Monday, March 3, 2025 at 8:30 AM.  Children being registered for Kindergarten must have been born in 2020 and will turn five by December 31^st. In-division registrations MUST be submitted at the catchment school and cannot be accepted before March 3^rd, 8:30 AM.  If you are unsure of your catchment school, go to RETSD’s School Locator on the RETSD website or click the following link: School Locator - A Baragar Systems Product (mybaragar.com) and insert your address.  

Registrations must be accompanied by the following documents:

• 1 piece of ID proving your child’s birth date; MUST be one of: 
  1. birth certificate
  2. Manitoba Medical card
  3. Passport
  4. baptism certificate
  5. treaty card
  6. certificate of  birth registration signed by Director of Vital Statistics
• 2 pieces of ID proving your address; MUST be two of: 
  1. offer to purchase/rental agreement (duly signed)
  2. driver’s license
  3. Manitoba Medical card
  4. utility bill(s) showing both name and address: Manitoba Hydro or Winnipeg Water

If you live out of catchment but would like to request Westview as your school of choice, you must register at your catchment school and ask for a School of Choice request form on which you can signify your school of choice.  School of Choice forms are date-stamped and processed in the order they are received. 

If you live out of division and would like to apply for Westview, registration begins Thursday, May 1^st.
