Registering for the 2024-25 School Year

Registration is open for fall, 2024.  Registrations may be printed at home (attached) or picked up at the school office and must be submitted in person with original ID outlined below.  Applicants MUST reside within Westview School's catchment area.  To confirm which school is your catchment school, click here: School Locator - A Baragar Systems Product (mybaragar.com).  

Eligible children must turn five years old by December 31, 2024 in order to register for the 2024-25 school year.

Registrations must be accompanied by:

1. One piece of ID showing your child's birthdate (birth certificate, Manitoba Medical card, passport, baptism certificate). 
2. Two pieces of the parent/guardian's ID showing your address (offer to purchase/rental agreement * duly signed, driver's license, Manitoba Medical card, utility bill(s).

If you live within the River East Transcona School Division but do not live within Westview's catchment area and would like to apply as School of Choice, you must register at your catchment school and request a School of Choice request form; the catchment school will forward the request to us and decisions on acceptance / denial will be made by end of June.

If you do not live within River East Transcona School Division's boundaries and would like to request Westview School as a school of choice, applications will be accepted on or after May 1, 2024.  An Out of Division School of Choice form can be picked up at the school office and submitted along with proof of address. Decisions on acceptance / denial will be made by end of June.
