2023-2024 Student Registration
To Parents/Guardians of Grade 6 & 7 Students:
Chief Peguis Middle School requires each student to complete a full registration form for their 2023-2024 school year so that we can maintain accurate student information. Students will receive their registration forms by Friday, January 27th.
Please complete the registration form in full and return to the school office by February 15th.

2023 – 2024 RETSD School Year Registration Info
Students in Grade 5:
Friday, January 27, 2023:
2023-2024 registration packages will be provided to students transitioning from Early Years to Middle Years by their current early years school.
Wednesday, March 1, 2023:
Completed Middle Years Registration forms and In-Division Schools of Choice applications will be accepted at students’ current early years school.
Students in Grade 6 & 7: Chief Peguis Middle School requires each student to complete a full registration form for their 2023-2024 school year
January 2023:
2023-2024 registration packages will be handed out to current grade 6 & 7 students.
Wednesday, February 15, 2023:
Completed registration forms are due.
Please hand into Chief Peguis school office.
Students in Grade 8 - High School Registration:
January 26th – 27th:
2023-2024 High School registration packages will be handed out to current grade 8 students.
Wednesday, March 1, 2023:
Completed High School Registration forms and In-Division Schools of Choice applications will be accepted at students’ current Middle Years school.
Please hand into Chief Peguis school office.
